Specialized have an opening for a Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our team based in Melbourne, to ensure we continue to provide the very best service to our Specialized riders & retailers across Australia.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
- Consolidate and streamline retailer communications to ensure clarity and consistency across the network
- Develop and maintain sales tools and enablement resources
- Analyse sales performance data to identify gaps and sales opportunities
- Serve as the primary contact for smaller retailer accounts
- Manage inbound enquiries and ensure timely resolution of retailer needs
- Maintain accurate account records and monitor sales activity for assigned accounts
- Coach retailers on product merchandising as well as ordering
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and strategic programs
- Brand advocate and support events and product training as needed
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a customer service or sales environment is preferred
- Has an interest in the Cycling industry or passionate about a healthy and active lifestyle
- Can navigate new systems and procedures
- Thinks conceptually and intuitively, linking problems and symptoms to identify underlying issues and root causes
- A demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, to take initiative, to work independently of day-to-day supervision, and to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Has an interest in the Cycling industry or passionate about a healthy and active lifestyle
- Strong data analysis skills, preferably related to product trends, seasonality and demand
- Ability to maintain good relations with customers over phone and in person
- Computer skills (min. level Intermediate Word & Excel proficiency, knowledge in Oracle and Tableau a preference) and ability to learn new systems quickly
