Job Description

We’re launching an exciting new Sales Demand function, and we’re on the lookout for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who love conversations, thrive on momentum, and get a buzz from booking that perfect meeting. 

Working remotely and located in Australia, you’ll be right at the front of our growth engine, helping drive sales across APAC, creating pipeline, sparking interest, and setting our Account Managers up for success. There will be occasional interstate travel requited to attend events. 

 What you’ll be doing 

You’ll be the first voice, first message and first impression for some of APAC's largest and fastest growing organisations. You’ll manage inbound and outbound opportunities with a goal to schedule meetings for the Account Management team and have significant impact on the sales pipeline.  

  • Proactively prospect and conduct outbound outreach using sales tools to generate new leads for the Account Management team 
  • Screen and qualify inbound inquiries from potential clients 
  • Spark engaging conversations with prospects to qualify opportunities 
  • Analyse prospect’s business challenges and connect them to our solutions 
  • Book sales meetings and build high-quality sales pipeline 
  • Attend external events to build meaningful relationships and identify potential opportunities 
  • Keep our CRM updated to support accurate forecasting and reporting 
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams on strategy 
  • Use data, insight and our SDR tools to optimise your outreach, shape better strategies, and streamline processes to enhance results  

Qualifications

You’re someone who: 

  • Ideally, has experience in a similar role as an SDR/BDR
  • Thrives in fast paced, high performing sales environments 
  • Has excellent phone skills and can drive conversation 
  • Communicates clearly and confidently 
  • Confidence in speaking with senior decision‑makers 
  • Is super organised and knows how to manage their own workflow 
  • Lives and breathes collaboration, ownership and accountability
