Our cloud software is now used to estimate and manage hundreds of millions of dollars of profitable construction jobs across Australia, New Zealand and North America. What you’ll nail

  • Research, identify, and qualify potential customers through various channels, including referrals, online research, social media, and industry events.
  • Utilize outbound strategies, such as cold calling and email campaigns, to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Execute effective outbound campaigns to engage with prospects, creating awareness of Buildxact's solutions and identifying opportunities for further discussion.
  • Engage with leads to understand their needs, pain points, and goals.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and pass on potential opportunities to the sales team.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Provide valuable insights into market trends and customer feedback to enhance the sales and overall company strategy.
  • Effectively communicate Buildxact's value proposition to potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and qualification activities.
  • Buildxact has a hybrid work model and requires staff to come in to the office to work at least 2 days per week. Some teams may be required to be in office more frequently, work with your manager to determine your schedule.

Your toolkit

  • Preference for Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field but not necessarily required
  • Proven experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the software or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about the construction industry and Buildxact's solutions.
  • Enthusiastic and persistent in pursuing leads and achieving targets.
  • Exerts an ongoing effort to learn and analyze successes and losses.
  • A genuine team player and effective influencer of others to get things done.
  • Ability to work in-office with a hybrid approach
