You will support the top-of-funnel sales process by generating qualified appointments for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle all incoming telephone calls from potential clients.
- Proactively reach out to clients who have booked product demos online to verify crucial data and ensure they are prepared for the session.
- Conduct initial lead qualification during calls and follow-ups, efficiently passing qualified opportunities to the senior Account Executives (AEs).
- Accurately and promptly log all activity and lead information in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless and positive inbound lead process.
Requirements:
- Minimum experience in a customer-facing, goal-oriented role (e.g., Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail Sales, or a Sales internship).
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory for professional client interaction.
- A strong desire to start a career in Technology/SaaS sales and a passion for hitting measurable goals/quotas.
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over the phone.
- Eagerness to receive and immediately apply constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus, but not strictly required.
What We Offer:
- Starting salary at 18 CAD/hour with excellent opportunities for rate advancement.
- Fully remote work.
- Consistent schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).
- Paid vacation (10 days).
- An opportunity to significantly influence the direction of the company, a steep learning curve, and access to courses and training.
This role is not limited to inbound calls—strong performers will have the chance to take on additional responsibilities, such as leading demo sessions and advancing within the sales team.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
