What You’ll Do

As part of the program, you’ll rotate through different roles to gain a broad understanding of sales. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Driving the sales process: Help identify opportunities, grow pipelines, structure deals, negotiate, and close sales.
  • Supporting sales strategies: Work on improving sales processes, analyzing data, and developing proposals to help win new business.
  • Engaging with clients: Reach out to potential customers, present products or services, and build strong relationships to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver value to clients.
  • Learning and growing: Receive ongoing training, mentoring, and feedback to develop your skills and business knowledge.

Who We’re Looking For

Successful candidates will:

  • Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident. 
  • Have graduated between October 2022 and December 2025 and available to start role from December 2025.
  • Be excited about sales, building relationships, and working with clients.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be adaptable and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Enjoy solving problems and taking initiative.
  • Have an interest in tools like Salesforce (a bonus, but not required).

We’re hiring for roles in the following locations: 

  • Australia: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth
