IN A NUTSHELL

Bellroy is a fast-growing global brand. We have warehouses, stockists and customers all over the world and are working with a growing list of retailers across Australasia. Your role as a highly organised sales coordinator will be to make sure our retail partners have the support and resources they need.

From processing orders, sharing shipment tracking with retailers, and working with our logistics team across our supply and operations planning request board, there are a lot of details to keep tabs on. This doesn’t scare you though because you’ve got the organisational skills and knack for coordinating and improving systems and processes. If you’re looking for a rewarding job that’s a bit different with plenty of room for personal and professional development, this might be for you.

Bring us your can-do attitude, people skills and love of organising. In return we’ll provide you with an award winning company culture, a passionate team and an environment to develop your skills.

YOU COULD BE THE ONE, IF YOU HAVE…

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in sales support or sales operations, preferably with some customer service experience and familiarity with NuOrder or other B2B sales platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.
  • A love for paying attention to detail. Item codes, prices, currencies… they can fly across your screen without raising your blood pressure.
  • The ability to stay cool under pressure and work well when things are busy and time is tight. You know you’ll get it all done (and done accurately) if you take the ‘one thing at a time’ approach.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with a sharp eye for detail (you have an uncanny ability to pick up potential issues or inconsistencies so they don’t become a problem later).
  • You are computer savvy and very much at home on the internet. We use best-in-class software solutions such as Slack and Asana for internal communication and project work. Google Sheets is a constant, so it’s great that you’re comfortable in spreadsheet land.
  • A great attitude, you’ll bring energy and a solutions-focused attitude to work every day.
  • A desire to work collaboratively with other departments in a team within a fast-paced, agile environment.

IF YOU WERE HERE LAST WEEK, YOU MIGHT HAVE...

  • Processed an order for a retailer based in Melbourne for products that are available-to-sell in NuOrder and shared them on order tracking and invoice details.
  • Responded to retailer questions about where their order or invoice was at, clarified sku codes, new product availability dates, payments and warranties.
  • Attended the weekly wholesale team meeting where you’ll share progress on orders processed, and any inventory availability issues.
  • Spent time with the sales manager responsible for Australia and New Zealand planning out a new product release or range showing.
  • Shipped out new product samples to a retailer or the sales manager ahead of an important meeting.
  • Worked with the logistics team to remove stock from forecast orders and allocated them to sales orders.
  • Worked with our Retail Experience Lead to create customised line sheets in NuOrder.

LOCATION AND HOURS

This is a full-time position based at our office in Collingwood. As an international brand operating across multiple time zones, some non-standard hours may be required. We offer a flexible working environment to support a healthy work-life balance.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
