About the Role

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? Kao Australia is seeking a dynamic Sales Analyst to join our Salon Division team supporting our Goldwell, Kerasilk, KMS and Oribe haircare brands. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through strategic reporting and analysis across ANZ channels. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and our Americas Delivery team to ensure consistent, high-impact reporting that supports key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting & Analysis - Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reports highlighting trends and growth opportunities across channels, territories, and brands.
  • Budget Support & Performance Evaluation - Assist in budget consolidation and performance reviews (NPD & Promotion), offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Sales Data Analysis - Analyze customer sales-out data to assess business health and provide insights to ANZ and Americas teams.
  • Working with Sales & Marketing Departments with data supporting budget setting, product forecasting and promotional targets.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2–4 years of experience in data collection and analytics
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
  • Experience in luxury or professional health and beauty industries (preferred)
  • Expertise in analytical software and business intelligence tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills

Please note that while this role is remote (home office based), you will be required to meet on-site with the team as required.
