You’re passionate about education and ready to make a meaningful impact. As a School Advisor, you’ll work directly with schools to help them get the most out of Compass. From introducing new modules to supporting staff with training, you’ll be a trusted partner to educators looking to simplify their systems and strengthen their communities.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our Growth team, you’ll collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive expansion within our existing school partnerships.

You will:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities from inbound leads and outbound outreach
  • Deliver onsite and online demonstrations and training for school clients
  • Promote awareness of new Compass modules and features through direct engagement and events
  • Exceed quarterly targets for module sales and subscription growth
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform future product development
  • Track your pipeline, calls, meetings, and tasks in Zoho CRM
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to support broader growth initiatives

Requirements

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for someone who understands the needs of educators and can confidently lead conversations about how Compass can support teaching, learning, and school operations.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence in learning and teaching digital systems
  • A customer-first mindset with an eye for opportunity
  • A warm, professional presence that builds trust with educators
  • Experience in EdTech, education, or school-facing roles (highly regarded)
