The Opportunity
We are looking for someone with a high degree of initiative, attention detail and self-management to deal with the full range of activities related to the student enrolment.
The Sales Admin & Support Advisor will be responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective support across our Higher Education and VET sales teams and will support our Sales Consultants through assessing the documentation for each enrolment to ensure they meet the entry criteria and supporting with inbound calls and web chat when required.
This is a full time role for a 6 month contract
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in administrative roles involving coordination of diverse functions and interpretation of policies and procedures, ideally within tertiary education.
- Proven ability to contribute to a positive workplace culture that supports employee and student engagement.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- High-level computer literacy across email, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems.
- Commitment to exemplary customer service with flexibility and responsiveness to changing needs.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
