The Sales Account Specialist manages relationships with physical retail partners within the Australian and New Zealand markets. You will work within the Global Commerce team and contribute to and develop Crunchyroll's Collectibles distribution strategy in our territories, driving revenue and finding new business opportunities. You will also work internally with the finance, marketing, and operations teams to support home entertainment, collectibles distribution, and the organisational goals across all divisions.
In the role of Sales Account Specialist, you will report to the Director of Sales.

Core Areas of Responsibility- Develop strategies that provide strategic value and deliver the goals of the global organisation.
- Support the commercial relationship with industry partners to improve the placement and value of our content.
- Analyse customer-specific metrics and market trends to forecast financial revenue and product release strategies for territories of responsibility.
- Implement trade marketing strategies within your account base to enhance the customer experience in store and represent our distributed suppliers and brands.
- Pursue new lines of business revenue and expand the customer base for our Collectibles distribution channel.
- Help lead trade and consumer events to provide a smooth execution.

- 2+ years of experience in sales and negotiation
- Some understanding of the Anime / Pop Culture collectibles market
- Experience building relationships with external vendors
- Experience putting together presentations for suppliers and presenting on them
- Experience with Excel (Pivot Table and Vlookup)
- Experience with data analytics
