We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to support Eightcap's growth by supporting both business development and relationship management, contributing to the growth and retention of our trading client portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role plays a key part in driving our mission to provide an exceptional experience to both our clients and team.
Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Management: Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding; manage and grow a portfolio of retail, wholesale, and high-net-worth clients.
Relationship & Platform Support: Build trust with clients by delivering technical support, explaining trading platform feature, and presenting derivative trading solutions.
Target Drive: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs, revenue targets, and cross-selling objectives.
Compliance & Onboarding: Manage client onboarding and compliance verification in strict accordance with ASIC regulatory guidelines and internal procedures.
Market & Product Expertise: Maintain a deep, up-to-date understanding of financial markets (FX, indices, commodities, CFDs) and competitor offerings.
CRM & Administration: Ensure accurate, detailed tracking of all client communications and activities within the CRM.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales or dealing experience within a financial services, brokerage, or fintech environment.
- RG146 compliance is essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics is highly regarded.
- Deep, practical understanding of CFDs, margin trading, and financial markets.
- A highly motivated "hunter" mindset with a sophisticated, solutions-oriented approach to client needs.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across multicultural teams.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a strong advantage.
