This includes the full range of Agilent offerings—services, consumables, and instruments—supporting customers across diverse markets and specified customers

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer relationships for assigned accounts, acting as the single point of contact

• Promote Agilent’s complete product and services portfolio to drive revenue and growth

• Develop territory/account plans, identify new opportunities, and execute strategies to achieve sales goals

• Proactively understand customer challenges and recommend tailored solutions • Utilize SAP CRM to analyze customer data, monitor engagement trends, and drive meaningful, value-based interactions

• Maintain long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers Work collaboratively with paired inside sales colleagues to ensure timely customer follow-up, improved responsiveness, and effective opportunity management •

• Partner with internal stakeholders including product specialists, marketing, and support teams

• Lead initiatives or cross-functional projects to deliver value to customers

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Typically 4+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently. Agilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
