We are seeking for a proactive sales professional focused on high-value, technical, and natural ingredient solutions. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of customer relationships, from initial prospecting to project implementation and ongoing margin maintenance.

This is a high-reward position is based in our Keysbourgh office and requires frequent travel to visit customers.

You will do:

  • Customer & Territory Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive growth and work on new customer acquisition. Build and maintain positive relationships, identifying and targeting customers with the greatest potential for growth, particularly in the natural color and flavor segments.
  • Revenue & Profit Optimization: Execute plans to achieve individual and collective sales budget, revenue, and profit margin targets. Maintain and review product pricing to meet SOP targets.
  • Business Development: Actively search for and win new customers, focusing on high-value, technical, and natural color/flavor solutions.
  • Product Promotion & Technical Collaboration: Promote new products and proactives, collaborating with R&D/Technical divisions to develop and implement customer projects. Leverage technical expertise to provide solutions, such as sugar/salt reduction, to customers.
  • Sales Planning & Pipeline: Develop business plans and strategies in coordination with the Sales Manager. Maintain a robust sales pipeline, monitoring quality and accuracy.
  • Compliance & Quality: Adhere to the company's Food Safety Quality Management System, regulatory standards, and specific customer requirements.

You will bring:

  • ​​Either B2B technical sales experience or technical experience: No sales experience required. If you’ve got the drive to win, a curious mind, and lead with empathy, this is the career break you’ve been waiting for!
  • Relationship Management: Strong ability to build long-term relationships and act as the primary contact.
  • Results-Driven: A self-starter with a focus on achieving top-line sales and profit margins, eager for the "hunt" of new business.
  • Market Insight: Ability to identify market gaps, trends (like the shift to natural ingredients), and competitor activities.
  • Possess the drive and passion to win!
