The Physiotherapist provides professional therapeutic treatments and wellness services to guests onboard, focusing on pain relief, rehabilitation, and physical well-being. - Perform physiotherapy treatments, including musculoskeletal assessments, rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy techniques
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on guest needs and conditions
- Provide consultations and recommend appropriate therapies and wellness programs
- Promote and sell spa and wellness services and products
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
- Ensure all treatments are delivered in accordance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in excellent condition
- Educate guests on injury prevention, posture, and physical health
- Work closely with Spa team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and performance goals
- Participate in training sessions, meetings, and onboard promotional activities
- Follow all company policies and participate in safety drills
- Minimum 21 years old
- Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification)
- Valid professional license or certification (as required by employer)
- Minimum 1β2 years of experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation
- Experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality environment is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, rehabilitation techniques, manual therapy methods
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
