The Research Analyst is responsible for the collation, administration and maintenance of data relating to life insurance/ investment & superannuation platform industry within the Australian and New Zealand financial market and testing of products based solutions.

Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in
  • Interpreting, analysing and providing comparisons of various features available within insurance/investment & superannuation products.

  • Monitor, collate & prepare data on insurance/investment products.

  • Ensure that product changes are applied to our software solution in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Responding to customer and vendor queries.

  • Software functionality testing of financial products solutions.

  • Any other business priorities that are being directed by your line manager.

What you will bring
  • Strong grammatical and problem solving skills.

  • General knowledge and interest in the financial services industry, specifically within the areas of wealth management advice.

  • Interest in the production of software applications and ensuring that the end product meets the client’s requirements.

  • High level of organisational and investigative skills.

  • Strong computer literacy skills.

  • A disciplined understanding of paying attention to detail & commitment to providing a quality service.

  • Ability to construct thorough software testing scripts/procedures.
