The Revenue Operations Associate will enhance visibility and efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance by managing processes, analytics, and tools, while building dashboards, supporting CRM workflows, and aiding in forecasting and planning.
Revenue Operations - Senior Associate
About the Role
As a Revenue Operations Associate, you’ll be the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance — helping drive visibility, alignment, and efficiency across the full revenue funnel.
You’ll play a key role in designing the processes, analytics, and tooling that enable our GTM teams to execute with precision and scale effectively.
About Lyrebird Health
At Lyrebird Health, we’re on a mission to give clinicians their time back — using AI to automate clinical documentation and reduce administrative burden. Our AI medical scribe integrates seamlessly into clinical workflows, helping doctors focus on patients, not paperwork.
We’re scaling quickly across Australia and beyond, and we’re looking for a sharp, data-driven, and highly organised Revenue Operations Associate to help us build the systems and insights that power our GTM engine.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking key GTM metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, churn, ARPU, etc.)
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify growth opportunities, deal velocity blockers, or cohort trends
- Partner with leadership to deliver insights that guide strategy and quarterly planning
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues — identify gaps, duplicates, or inconsistencies across systems
Process & Systems
- Manage and optimise CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce) workflows, ensuring data quality and consistency
- Support lead routing, territory mapping, and quota allocation
- Implement scalable processes to streamline handoffs between Sales, Onboarding, and Success teams
- Build tools to model bookings, retention, and growth scenarios
Forecasting & Planning
- Support pipeline reviews, forecasting accuracy, and revenue pacing
- Build tools to model bookings, retention, and growth scenarios
Enablement & Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with GTM leaders to roll out process changes or new tools
- Document workflows, maintain playbooks, and drive adoption across teams
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or Analytics (startup or SaaS experience a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Obsessed with data accuracy, operational efficiency, and making things run smoothly
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Excellent communicator and collaborator — you love partnering across teams
- Comfortable working with imperfect or incomplete data — able to apply judgment and logic to make it actionable
At Lyrebird, you won’t just write code — you’ll help shape the future of the human experience.
If you want to pioneer, to create, and to see your work touch lives directly, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re building a team that reflects the diversity of the people who’ll benefit from our work. We want Lyrebird to be a place where everyone feels safe, supported, and able to thrive. If you’re from an underrepresented background in tech, we especially encourage you to apply — even if you don’t meet every single requirement.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene
Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
