Sprout Social is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to join our Revenue Operations team supporting the APAC region, based in either Sydney, Australia or Singapore.

What you’ll do
- Act as the regional lead for Revenue Operations in APAC, partnering directly with the GTM leader to drive strategic decision-making
- Support deal desk operations for APAC, including reviewing discounts, advising on deal structure, and coordinating approvals
- Deliver regional reporting and dashboards aligned with global performance frameworks
- Provide regional training, onboarding, and process enablement in collaboration with global Enablement and RevOps teams
- Collaborate with global RevOps on scalable processes, data consistency, and insights delivery
- Identify and communicate regional trends, risks, and opportunities to GTM and RevOps stakeholders, identify gaps and recommend and execute on strategies and programs to fill the gaps and drive the business to exceed revenue goals
- Experience leveraging AI to deliver on sales operations tasks including process automation, analysis, planning, and policy creation.
What you’ll bring:
The minimum qualifications for this role include:
- 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM support roles
- Familiarity with Salesforce and core GTM tools (e.g., Gong, Clari, Looker, Outreach, Gemini, ChatGPT)
- Experience supporting sales teams in international markets, ideally within APAC
- Strong communication skills across time zones and cultures
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a remote-first, global environment
Preferred qualifications for this role include:
- Experience managing or supporting a deal desk or commercial operations
- Ability to translate data into insights and communicate them effectively to GTM leaders
- Prior work with regional enablement or local process rollout
- SaaS or high-growth tech experience
How you’ll grow
Within 1 month, you’ll plant your roots, including:
- Complete Sprout Social’s new hire training & onboarding program alongside other new Sprout team members. You’ll gain a broader understanding of our products and how your role fits into the organization.
- Make a plan with your manager to set initial priorities, align on expectations for your role, plant goalposts for your career, and learn about Sprout’s approach to revenue operations.
- Meet the APAC GTM leadership team and global RevOps colleagues
- Familiarize yourself with key tools, dashboards, and processes
- Begin supporting deal desk requests and regional reporting
Within 3 months, you’ll start hitting your stride by:
- Build connections with members from other teams through active networking and community building
- Lead regular syncs with the APAC GTM leader to support business rhythm
- Deliver localized enablement and reinforce global process adoption
- Share early insights on regional performance and pipeline health
Within 6 months, you’ll be making a clear impact through:
- Have your first performance conversation with your manager, where you’ll discuss your accomplishments in your role and work together to build goals for your professional growth
- Own regional forecasting support, reporting, and process improvements
- Identify and resolve friction in deal flow or enablement gaps
- Influence global initiatives by bringing APAC-specific feedback to the table
Within 12 months, you’ll make this role your own by:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to both APAC sales leadership and global RevOps
- Launch or optimize key programs to support pipeline generation or sales efficiency
