The Revenue Operations Coordinator supports the sales process by managing proposals, collaborating with multiple teams, and optimizing internal sales operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-stop-shop support to Sales and Sales Management by assisting them through the sales processes, including quoting process support, proposals and questionnaire response support.
- Cross functional collaboration with multiple teams and geographic locations (Sales, Sales Engineering, Security, Finance, Product, Partners, Deal Desk and Legal to name a few) to ensure timely response to requests and support deal cycles. Working closely with internal teams and using excellent project management skills, clear and concise communication, and efficiently manage proposal responses.
- Manage internal coordination of customer responses via Responsive (RFP, RFI, security / vendor questionnaires) to deliver high quality proposals within customer defined timeframes. Collaborate and work closely with Sales Teams to understand goals, objectives and requirements to develop a proposal plan.
- Provide all internal communications around proposal process and expectation setting. Proactively communicate status updates and "remove the noise" so that the sales team can focus on selling.
- Pursue and leverage feedback from Sales Team and other stakeholders to proactively improve internal process and system improvements to gain efficiencies
- Liaison with Sales Management to identify and prioritize response pipeline accordingly.
- Support with content in Japanese and manage document repository for quick-turnaround opportunities.
- Organize operational trainings and general cadences with Account Executives and Sales Management on an ongoing basis.
- Provide assistance on other projects as needed.
What will help you succeed
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales support, bid management or sales operations, ideally in a high-tech or SaaS organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese is a must.
- General understanding of Customer Relationship Software, Salesforce experience preferred.
- Responsive and other project management tools experience is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
