Your Role with Us:
As the Responsible Gaming Team Leader, you will oversee the Responsible Gaming Team, ensuring that all regulatory requirements and industry best practices are rigorously followed. Your responsibilities will include safeguarding vulnerable customers, promoting responsible gaming strategies, and leading a team of analysts to implement and maintain key processes in line with our Responsible Gaming policies. You will play a critical role in driving the company's global responsible gaming objectives and reinforcing our commitment to ethical gaming practices.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Responsible Gaming Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Allocate tasks and ensure the team consistently meets its key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular quality assessments to maintain high standards across the team’s work.
  • Provide ad-hoc training and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders, enhancing awareness of responsible gaming practices.
  • Carry out performance reviews and offer individual coaching to drive continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Manage escalations and address queries related to responsible gaming on an as-needed basis.
  • Monitor exception reporting to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Sign off on high-risk responsible gaming tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote responsible gaming initiatives across the organisation.

What you will bring: 

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Responsible Gaming leadership / Responsible Gaming coaching role
  • Experience working in regulated markets is advantageous (Ontario, Italy, LATAM etc.)
  • Strong understanding of responsible gaming regulations and industry best practices
  • Proven track record in delivering high quality work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written (second language advantageous)

Desirable qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or a related field advantageous however not a must

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
