A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Reporting and AdTech Lead reporting to the Executive Manager, Planning and Performance.
A bit about your role
As the Reporting and AdTech Lead, you will bring clarity and confidence to how nbn understands and communicates marketing performance. You will draw together data from multiple sources to create insightful, visually engaging reporting that supports both technical and executive audiences, ensuring marketing investment is clearly understood, consistently measured, and communicated with ease. You will guide the daily management of data pipelines and dashboards, working closely with external agencies on campaign structures, naming conventions, tagging, and data validation, while partnering with internal IT teams to maintain accurate data ingestion and resolve issues with care and precision.
You will uplift reporting capability across the organisation by shaping strategies that measure, analyse, and optimise marketing effectiveness, ensuring decisions are informed, timely, and aligned to business objectives. With your ability to bridge internal technology environments and the broader Martech ecosystem, you will champion continuous improvement embracing AI, enhancing reporting techniques, and strengthening the quality and reliability of insights that support confident, future‑focused decision‑making across the business.
A bit about you
If this feels like the right opportunity, you will likely bring experience from complex, fast‑paced environments where data, insight, and performance marketing work closely together to deliver commercial outcomes. You will have proven experience in martech, analytics, tagging, and reporting, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience. You feel confident navigating marketing channels, advertising platforms, and analytics tools, and you translate complexity into clear, meaningful insights with a warm, purposeful communication style.
You are naturally collaborative and proactive, with a thoughtful, detail‑focused approach to problem‑solving. You enjoy working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and technical specialists, building trusted relationships that support shared success. With a mindset anchored in continuous improvement, you are curious about how reporting can evolve, how AI can streamline processes, and how storytelling through data can become even more impactful. Your blend of technical confidence, strategic thinking, and inclusive leadership will help ensure nbn continues to make informed, insight‑driven marketing decisions grounded in strong, reliable data.
