Your role

Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to make a real difference for hoteliers? At RoomPriceGenie, we're on a mission to help hotels boost revenue and simplify their operations. Our young, dynamic team is spread across Europe, with offices in Mannheim, Germany, and Steinhausen, Switzerland—and we're looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative to join us in driving growth and innovation!

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, sparking interest in RoomPriceGenie and connecting qualified property owners with our Sales Managers for product demos. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach and will have the opportunity to contribute to our fast-growing startup’s success.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with prospects: Identify decision-makers, uncover key business challenges, and pitch RoomPriceGenie’s solutions to ignite interest.

  • Daily outreach: Make and track phone calls through Hubspot, connecting with new prospects and keeping track of your success.

  • Bring your insights: Use your local market knowledge to enhance our outbound marketing activities and connect with hotel owners in a meaningful way.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends: Keep up-to-date on the latest hospitality industry news, trends, and competitor offerings to add value in your conversations.

  • Collaborate with management: Help streamline and optimize the customer journey, bringing fresh ideas to make processes smoother and more efficient.

  • Shape the future: Influence how our young startup develops by trying out your own approaches and contributing innovative ideas.

Your profile

  • C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills.

  • Eligible to live and work in Australia or New Zealand.

  • Sales-driven with a natural aptitude for understanding customer needs.

  • Tech-savvy and excited by the latest technology trends.

  • Positive and outgoing: You’re empathetic, enthusiastic, and love connecting with people.

  • Active listener: You know how to uncover pain points and find meaningful ways to engage with prospects.

  • Organized and detail-oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.

  • Team player: Success is sweeter when it’s achieved together, and you love contributing to team goals.

Nice to have

  • Additional European languages (Italian, French, or more!).

  • Experience in a SaaS or travel-tech company.

  • Hospitality industry experience or a passion for helping hotels.

  • Ability to work from our offices on a regular basis.
