We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Relationship Manager to join the Concierge Client Nurturing team (based in Spring Hill, Brisbane). If you live in the fast-lane, love exceeding expectations and building relationships, this is for you!

The Relationship Manager is a client-facing role that impacts our entire group!  You will deliver bespoke communication plans for our best business owners, agents and brokers within our Ray White residential, property management, rural and commercial networks and for our LMG group across Australia and New Zealand. Being entrusted to work with our best agents and brokers to build these tailored strategies to generate leads and nurture their databases is such a privilege. 

 

About us

Concierge is a key service offering of the White Family Group,  providing valuable services for consumers burying and selling property and also for our entire network. This role will be working in our Client Nurturing team to own and manage a portfolio of clients, develop new partnerships and maintain current partnerships to ensure we continue to be an important support network for the White Family Group.  


About the role

On a day to day basis, your duties and responsibilities may include: 

  • Relationship and Campaign Management 

    • Prospecting for  new partnerships and looking after existing partnerships with offices, agents and brokers

    • Building communication strategies for our network and execute them with the Concierge team, other corporate teams and with our network 

    • Contribute to the overall success of monthly targets and business KPI’s 

  • Presentations

    • Present at recruitment roadshows representing Concierge 

    • Present at training and development sessions as required 

    • Present at office sales meetings as required as part of your partnership responsibility

  • Reporting 

    • Build and present case studies, testimonials and monthly stats to contribute to overall end of month reporting

    • Own your portfolio reporting and report back to your state specific corporate team each month 

  • Mentor 

    • Assist the Concierge Team Leader in providing training and development internally and in being a mentor for our consultants 

    • Be excited about and contribute to ongoing process and systems improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability

 

About you

The preferred candidate has: 

  • Similar role as Account Manager, Sales or Campaign-related coordination and management

  • Some knowledge of G-Suite and Monday.com 

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work as needed

  • Isn’t afraid of a challenge, innovate and bring fresh new ideas

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

  • Proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, evolving role

  • Able to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned duties

  • Experience with NurtureCloud and Vault desired but not essential
