THE ROLE:

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving the ongoing success of the business by nurturing and growing relationships within your existing customer portfolio. You’ll take a consultative and strategic approach to account management—working closely with customers to understand their business goals and aligning FleetPartners’ value proposition to deliver meaningful, long-term solutions.

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to):

  • Manage personal performance in-line with the goals of the organisation and the business plan, ensuring that the relevant KPIs are understood and achieved
  • Follow through of customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Pro-Actively working with Customers on their fleet goals by strategising best practices for optimal results
  • Maximise product penetration and looking for ways to enhance our service offering
  • Management of due off vehicles efficiently and successfully

ABOUT YOU:

You’re an experienced relationship or account management professional who thrives on building strong partnerships and delivering results. With a customer-first mindset and solid commercial acumen, you know how to balance service excellence with business performance. You enjoy collaborating across teams and are motivated by contributing to a growing, dynamic organisation.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in relationship or account management
  • Background in leasing, finance, or commercial banking (highly regarded)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
