The Relationship Executive, Novated Assist is responsible for managing our partnerships with our Novated Lease Introducers by acting as a key point of contact to support from submission to settlement of our customers applications.

In this role you will have the opportunity to engage with internal and external business partners to grow our efficiencies.

Key Deliverables;

  • Proactively support and maintain quality stakeholder relationships

  • Support with submission of applications into the Angle systems on behalf of our key introducers

  • Act as a liaison to assist with credit and settlements requirements

  • Support in training and uplifting Novated consultants in AAF Process and Policy requirements

Key Capabilities;

  • Provide an exceptional service experience for our Introducers providing quality solutions and support

  • Accurately input and maintain application data on behalf of our Introducers

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support customer applications

  • Review and monitor applications through credit assessment to ensure adherence to credit policy

  • Act as a key point of contact to effectively communicate and respond to introducer enquiries

  • Assist in the training and upskilling of introducer consultants on AAF Policy and Procedures

  • Communicate introducer feedback to Managers to support continuous improvement

  • Assist Executive/Relationship Managers with the onboarding of new introducers, including system access, process education, and policy alignment

Experiences;

  • High level of customer service with a strong focus on delivering positive outcomes for introducers and internal stakeholders

  • Strong problem solving mindset with a genuine interest in identifying opportunities

  • Ability to multi-task and to deal with a variety of enquiries in a face paced environment

  • High attention to detail when performing manual data entry and processing application information accurately

  • Flexibility and a willingness to assist during frequent process, system or policy updates
