Reporting to Calvin Spencer – Manager, Relationship Associates, the purpose of this relationship-based role is to understand customer needs, assist in executing digital strategies and improve brand engagement. You will be primarily responsible for lead and database generation, salary packaging participation growth, and brand advocacy. This is a secondment, until the EOFY on June 30th, 2026.

You will establish strong relationships within your portfolio to form long-term strategic alliances. You will provide exceptional service, facilitate client and customer education presentations and identify future opportunities to provide solid program participation growth via increased lead generation. In addition, achieving maximum access for employee education & awareness activity. You will be provided with an iPhone, iPad, laptop, and your very own fully maintained Maxxia company vehicle. You will have everything you will need to promote our brand and products within our network of valued partners.

To excel in this role you will need self-motivation, an ability to work autonomously as well as within a team and comfort working to targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships and drive initiatives to enhance employee participation in salary packaging across a range of benefits.

  • Manage portfolio including scheduling, booking, and conducting all digital and onsite education sessions.

  • Execute engagement plans with clients across all employer sites to facilitate education via multiple channels

  • Encourage employers to promote our brand and deliver all relevant education materials to enable their employees to engage with us how, when and they choose

  • Identify and record all site contact information

What are we looking for?

  • A passion for customer service and lead generation.

  • Planning & Coordination – the ability to plan for self and the team and monitor activities in delivery to SLA’s and required timeframes.

  • Demonstrates Initiative - must be able to apply initiative and the ability to think laterally when problem-solving.

  • Resilience – applies a responsible attitude to motivating people demonstrating calmness under pressure and a ‘best practice attitude’ to decision-making.

  • Track record of achieving targets and high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a larger team, whilst also achieving results autonomously

  • Full Drivers Licence
