We are looking for a competitive and driven Regional Sales Manager to help us extend our already strong footprint in Australia & New Zealand.  Our objective is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities 

  • Meet or exceed sales quota
  • Own sales process from start to finish for all accounts in assigned territory except where otherwise agreed 
  • Responsible for developing, establishing, developing and closing new business primarily within Duetto’s named account and prospect list and target segmentation 
  • Work with C-level executives to align their business needs with Duetto’s solutions
  • Establish a community of revenue across their territory including General Managers, Revenue Managers, Commercial Leaders and Integration Partners 
  • Work closely with Customer Success team to provide high touch service and identify upsell opportunities in Duetto’s customer base
  • Establish partnerships with strategic business partners/consultants and build necessary channels for business collaboration 
  • Build and manage pipeline of new business and accurately forecast using salesforce.com  
  • Manage and execute against Duetto Sales architecture, processes and revenue recognition criteria including salesforce.com 
  • Represent Duetto at industry events such as conferences, seminars, hosted events, customer meetings, etc. (when Covid travel restrictions are lifted).

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years commercial experience in hospitality tech/ travel industry
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, startup team environment
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong negotiating and presentation skills
  • Process driven hunter with proficient knowledge in Salesforce.com, including sales forecasting
  • Willingness to travel 
  • BS/BA Degree 
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Hospitality DNA - network and appreciation including commerce and revenue management a big plus
