Join us. At PagerDuty, you'll tackle complex problems, collaborate with kind and ambitious people, and help build a more equitable world—all in a flexible, award-winning workplace.

PagerDuty is seeking an APAC Regional Marketing Manager to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As APAC Regional Marketing Manager, you will report into International Marketing leadership and partner closely with Sales, SDR/BDR, Alliances, and Product Marketing across ANZ and Singapore while opening new markets across broader Asia.

You will own integrated regional marketing plans that drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact, align tightly to business and sales priorities, and scale what works across a multinational, global matrix. This is an exciting opportunity to build and accelerate go-to-market momentum in high-growth markets with visible accountability for pipeline and field impact. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven field marketer who thrives in global collaboration, loves partnering with Sales, and knows how to balance strategic planning with crisp execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, localize, and execute the ANZ + Singapore regional marketing plan to deliver sourced and influenced pipeline against quarterly targets; lead Asia market-opening pilots and scale successful motions.
  • Partner deeply with Sales leadership, AEs, and SDRs to align on territory priorities, ABM plays, routes-to-market, and field enablement; run weekly pipeline health reviews and drive conversion improvements across the funnel.
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns (digital, events, partner co-marketing, ABM, customer marketing) tailored to regional audiences and industries; measure impact and iterate quickly.
  • Orchestrate regional event strategy including third-party conferences, field events, executive programs, and workshops; travel onsite to lead execution and represent PagerDuty.
  • Collaborate across a global matrix with US and EMEA teams in Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Content, Brand, Web, and Ops to ensure messaging consistency, asset localization, and end-to-end campaign alignment.
  • Manage regional budgets and vendors with clear ROI discipline; report performance and insights to Sales and Marketing leadership with transparency on pipeline contribution and forecast.
  • Develop and activate partner marketing with cloud, technology, and channel partners to expand reach and accelerate pipeline in ANZ, Singapore, and emerging Asia markets.
Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years in field/regional marketing driving pipeline for Sales in ANZ and/or Singapore, or equivalent degree or experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sourced and influenced pipeline targets with clear attribution and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing integrated campaigns and events, including ABM, with strong sales alignment and enablement.
  • Strong data proficiency across marketing automation and CRM (e.g., Marketo and Salesforce) for planning, execution, and pipeline reporting.
  • Experience operating within a multinational, global matrix organization collaborating across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience launching or scaling marketing motions in new Asia markets beyond ANZ and Singapore.
  • Success running partner co-marketing with cloud/technology/channel ecosystems in the region.
  • Comfortable collaborating with global teams in the US and EMEA; able to balance global standards with local nuance and speed.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence; thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel 25–35% across ANZ, Singapore, and Asia for events, customer programs, and to US for internal global offsites.

If you’re excited to build regional momentum, align tightly with Sales, and own pipeline results in a truly global team, we’d love to hear from you.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
