The Role

We are currently seeking an established Regional Lead, Infrastructure + Energy to manage this sector across the Australia & New Zealand region. This role would ideally be based out of our Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane offices reporting directly to our Chief Executive, Infrastructure + Energy.

As the Regional Lead, Infrastructure + Energy you will be responsible for working collaboratively with business leaders within the Region to enable and maximise Infrastructure + Energy business performance, New Work Won, Revenue and EBIT (profit), ensuring sector teams work together to deliver key outcomes for multi-sector opportunities and clients.

The Regional Lead drives collaborative optimal resource utilisation and delivery of expertise to ensure the best outcomes for projects and clients. This position oversees key client activities by working with subsector leaders on single and multi-sector major pursuits. This position coordinates and leads opportunities and client activities within the Region where they track across Sectors.

The Regional Lead provides leadership and commercial expertise, coordinated support for client and project initiatives, and reporting and business development activities for the Business Line within the Region.

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

  • 20+ years in the industry with proven success in Senior Management roles.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale & multi-disciplinary projects, client relationships, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Commercial acumen – helping Increase growth of the Business Line through strategic Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Development.
  • Experience support Regional Heads in delivering key strategic growth initiatives and metrics;
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline; postgraduate and project management qualifications highly regarded.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and market trends across the Australia & New Zealand region.
  • High level communication skills, including negotiating and resolving highly complex commercial, technical and people matters.
  • Proven ability to build trusting and productive client relationships as well as being recognised as an authority in the sector
