Are you ready to help us design and build our LaserWeeder that solve real problems in our food supply?

As a Regional Implementation Manager at Carbon Robotics you are responsible for ensuring customer success via successful implementation of Carbon Robotics Equipment. This includes training of operators, making usage recommendations based on agronomic knowledge and implementing set up. You will also act as a liaison to engineering and product departments by communicating customer wishes and complaints, equipment performance and pain points or bottlenecks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful delivery of the LaserWeeder through training operators and farm personnel to provide a successful implementing of the LaserWeeder.
  • Teach every facet of equipment usage, transportation, maintenance and support to customer field and operations teams.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned accounts to Log, document and communicate progress, customer experience, feedback and pain points to internal teams.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product and Support to communicate understanding of agricultural and operational workflows learned through implementations.
  • Backup the Support Teams in assisting in troubleshooting of field issues in assigned accounts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to understand and teach operational workflow and problem solving
  •  Strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of basic usage of tablet/computer interfaces
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the team
  • Able to lift 50 llbs
