As our organisation moves through an amazing period of growth and transformation, so do our Sales teams. An opportunity now exists for a Regional Business Development and Partnerships Manager, APAC to join our team. The role entails engaging with regional Hospitality players in the region and expand the regional footprint for our hospitality solutions.  
 

What you’ll do 

  • Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and build strategic relationships with large hotel operators, partners and key stakeholders in the APAC region, starting with companies head quartered in Singapore, to create mutually beneficial partnerships. 

  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and facilitate the signing of regional contracts that align with the company's business objectives and support sales initiatives. 

  • Key Account Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive key account plans to maximize growth and enhance the value of partnerships, ensuring alignment with overall business goals across APAC. 

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies and partnership approaches. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively within a matrixed organizational structure, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure alignment and execution of partnership initiatives across various geographies. 

  • Communication & Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on progress, market insights, and performance metrics to senior management. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote collaboration and engagement. 

You are… 

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on business development and partnerships. 

  • Proven track record of engaging with large hotel operators and successfully negotiating contracts. 

  • Strong understanding of the hospitality market in the APAC region, including key players and industry trends. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment and collaborating across different functions. 

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable strategies. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. A bachelor’s degree holder in technology/sciences, business management, or a related discipline.
