Job Description

Our Victorian Workforce Solutions team is looking to bring on two further Recruitment Consultants which will see you:

  • Proactively recruiting and onboarding qualified carers, enrolled and registered nurses, and community support workers—ensuring timely, compliant placements in residential and in-home settings.

  • Working closely with recruitment operations to convert candidates into active team members and respond swiftly to client staffing needs.

  • Managing recruitment processes, compliance checks, and performance targets to drive sustainable workforce growth and retention.

Working within a tight knit team of Recruiters and other Operational Consultants we are looking for:

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills – from experience in a commercial call centre, sales or recruitment environment…bonus points if this is within a target-driven environment
  • Great verbal communication skills as evidenced when we give you a call to discuss this role!
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in scheduling staff (only desirable)

Any understanding of the healthcare, nursing, or aged care sectors will put you at an advantage!

  • Experience recruiting across healthcare - aged, residential, or community care settings 

  • Proven ability to recruit and onboard compliant, quality staff quickly

  • Positive, proactive approach and resilience in a fast-paced environment

  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Background in high-volume recruitment, commercial call centre, sales, or similar settings

Salary : $65-70,000 base.
