About the Role
You’ll be part of a high-performing analyst team that plays a critical role in the execution of major transactions from portfolio sales and fund recapitalizations to direct asset transactions for Australia’s largest institutional investors.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Work on major logistics and industrial transactions across Australia, contributing to high-value deals and strategic capital market initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders who bring deep expertise and a proven track record across the national capital markets platform.

  • Gain hands-on exposure to national logistics markets and key industrial precincts, working on transactions that drive the future of supply chain infrastructure.

  • Develop your skills in financial analysis, market research, and investment modelling, with guidance from experienced professionals who are invested in your growth.

  • Be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment where initiative, curiosity and ambition are recognized and rewarded.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A degree in Property, Finance, Commerce or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, ideally with exposure to commercial property or investment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, commercial acumen, and the ability to communicate insights clearly and confidently.

  • A proactive mindset and a passion for Australia’s rapidly evolving industrial and logistics real estate sector.
