As Quality Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping a culture of quality across the organization — championing standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our products and services exceed expectations.
The Role:As the Quality Manager, you’ll lead the development, implementation, and evolution of our Quality Management Systems in alignment with ISO standards and Lean Six Sigma principles. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance, support audits, analyze data, and deliver strategic insights that drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of quality assurance and quality control across the organization.
Develop and manage quality systems, policies, and procedures to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
Set and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and performance targets, driving action plans for continuous improvement.
Partner with global HSSEQ teams to align with company strategy
Plan and manage internal and external audits, preparing reports and following through on corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality into every phase of the project lifecycle.
Lead root cause analysis for incidents and non-conformities and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Deliver quality insights through data analysis and trend reporting to support decision-making at all levels.
Serve as a key advisor on quality standards to senior leadership and project teams.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality regulations
Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, PDCA cycle, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience in developing and executing quality programs across multi-site or matrixed organizations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage change.
