Responsibilities
- Champion continuous improvement by increasing value-added activities and eliminating waste.
- Ensure the value stream consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Assess and define the current state of quality metrics and processes; lead initiatives to improve them.
- Develop a deep understanding of the full value stream, including new product development and post-launch operations.
- Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to implement meaningful change.
- Maintain daily quality operations while driving long-term improvements.
- Use data-driven decision-making to solve problems and guide strategy.
- Simplify solutions wherever possible without compromising effectiveness.
- Maintain a systems-level perspective while addressing detailed issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing; experience with carbon fibre is a plus.
- Proficient in using and teaching quality tools to resolve complex product, process, or system issues.
- Experience working with Asian-based suppliers is preferred.
- Hands-on problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately one week every other month, including internationally.

- Competitive salary starting at $75,000, with potential up to 60% higher based on experience and skills.
