The Role
We are seeking to engage a Quality Advisor to join our ANZ team, preferably based in our Melbourne office.
Reporting to the Regional Quality Lead (ANZ), you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of effective quality management and associated business improvements within the Business Line. You will be the subject matter expert and coordinate implementation and assurance activities for our Business Lines to deliver successful quality management and compliance outcomes on opportunities and projects, in line with the Business Management System (BMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Providing timely and accurate advice and hands-on support to the Business Line/s operations regarding the group’s project compliance requirements and tools
- Engaging proactively and effectively with key Business Line/s stakeholders to develop individual and organisational capability for achieving successful project compliance and quality outcomes
- Conducting monitoring, reporting and other assurance activities to support effective management decisions about project compliance and quality management within the Business Line/s
- Analysing evidence collected from assurance activities and actively identifies and addresses performance gaps, by making recommendations to continually improve project compliance and quality
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- 8+ years of operational experience in a similar quality role.
- Degree or post-graduate qualification in relevant discipline.
- Lead Internal auditing qualification ISO 9001. Internal auditing qualification / experience in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 or Certificate IV - Work Health / Safety or Certificate – Training and Assessment would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in the interpretation and practical application of relevant quality management system requirements in a large and complex business environment.
- Sound experience and knowledge of implementing and maintaining certified management systems.
- Sound knowledge of relevant ISO, AS/NZS standards as well as commercial drivers
- Ability to establish strong business relationships within a group environment and beyond to ensure efficient delivery of outputs
- Ability to produce quality outcomes within an environment with competing demands and tight deadlines
