Architecture & AI Enablement: Design flexible, secure ServiceNow solutions across key modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, ITAM); explore and apply AI features such as predictive intelligence and virtual agents to enhance user experience and efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with a range of business and technical teams to understand needs, communicate architectural directions, and support the delivery of enhancements that create lasting value.
Governance & Best Practice: Help build and maintain a strong foundation of development standards, governance, and shared best practices to promote consistency, transparency, and quality across the platform.
Lead or contribute to platform and product evaluations, RFPs, business case design, strategy formulation, roadmap development, and technology landscape assessments.
