The QA Contractor will write and debug test automation code, design automated testing solutions, collaborate with teams, and manage QA processes to ensure product quality.

Our software developers work closely with business analysts, experience designers, product managers and data engineers to solve user problems and help deliver compelling experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Write, execute, debug, and refactor test automation code, including:
- Working closely with software developers to reach a common understanding of the code base and test coverage requirements.
- Designing and developing automated testing solutions, from scratch.
- Collaborating with analysts to make sure the required business scenarios are covered in the acceptance test scripts.
- Designing, running, and managing effective testing techniques for both the functional features of an application as well as its non-functional parameters including speed, scalability, security, reliability, efficiency, useability, capacity, recoverability etc.
- Experience with Cypress is key and any of the following frameworks: Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Puppeteer.
- Experience testing both web-browser based solutions, as well as API-only based solutions including Java & Typescript
- Develop and implement clear quality assurance policies, plans and processes to support each phase of product development and ensure deliverables are tested to the required standard.
- Regularly review requirements, specifications, technical design documents and track all quality assurance metrics to provide timely and meaningful feedback to the product team.
- Create thorough test plans and manage the coordination and completion of all testing activities including regression testing.
- Continually improve quality assurance techniques.
