Role Summary
We are looking for a QA Automation Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile banking solutions. You will focus on mobile and API automation, covering both functional and non-functional testing while working closely with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for mobile, API, and web applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and non-functional testing
- Build and enhance automation frameworks using Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar
- Test mobile applications across iOS and Android
- Perform API testing and automation
- Provide guidance on test planning, automation, and execution strategies
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
- Identify, investigate, and track defects through to resolution
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product teams in an Agile environment
- Support performance and other non-functional testing where required
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 of experience in QA automation (intermediate to senior levels)
- Native Thai Speaker with conversational English
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Banking or Financial Services experience is required
- Proven experience in test automation framework development using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or similar
- Strong experience implementing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with UI/API test automation and mobile automation
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience designing and implementing scalable automated testing solutions
Nice to Have
- Experience with JMeter/performance testing, Espresso, XCUITest, JSON/XML, mock services, or databases is a plus.
