The Publishing Manager will create networks with local studios, manage multiple game launches, and oversee their lifecycles in the SEA market.

Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and midcore experts. Within Core, Publishing supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating and launching hybrid-casual hits.
Role
You will join a small and high performing team and your main responsibilities will be:
- Create a strong local network of studios and be the face of Voodoo in the SEA market
- Partner with top local studios
- Manage your games throughout their whole lifecycle, from ideation to scale
- Work exclusively with 15 studios on ideation, prototypes and prototype iterations
- Own multiple game launches and their product roadmaps each quarter, along with game P&L
- Be a part of Voodoo's front line in product management and games publishing
Profile
- You hold a masters degree from a top tier Business/engineering school
- You have 3+ years experience in a fast-paced environment (Top-tier consulting firm, Top-tier Investment Banking, Start-up)
- You can work in autonomy and are eager to build up a business from scratch
- You are ambitious and want to grow with your business
- You are passionate about consumer products and/or gaming
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills and openness to feedback
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
- You have a passion outside of work (art and crafts, music..)
