Join a Team Making a Real Difference

At TELUS Health, we support organisations across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia with mental health and wellbeing services that genuinely change lives. We work with government agencies, education providers, large employers, and community-facing sectors to help them build safer, more resilient, and more connected workplaces.

What You’ll Be Doing

·         Crafting persuasive, high-quality tenders, EOIs, and proposals that reflect TELUS Health’s depth of service, innovation, and people-first approach.

·         Translating complex clinical, operational, and technical content into strong, customer-focused narratives.

·         Collaborating across the business with clinical, legal, commercial, and delivery teams to gather accurate, relevant insights and bring proposals to life.

·         Managing multiple proposals and competing priorities while meeting deadlines with precision and professionalism.

·         Developing and maintaining a content library, including service descriptions, case studies, response templates, and transition plans.

·         Ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across all submissions, with a strong eye for structure, flow, and strategic alignment.

What We’re Looking For

·         Minimum 5 years' experience writing and managing end-to-end tender, EOI, or proposal responses, ideally in a fast-paced or regulated environment.

·         Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality, compliant, and persuasive submissions for government or enterprise customers.

·         Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and evaluation criteria — you know how to align responses to buyer values and scoring frameworks.

·         Excellent written communication and editing skills, with a focus on structure, clarity, and strategy.

·         Confident managing deadlines, coordinating inputs across multiple stakeholders, and working independently without heavy oversight.

·         Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple proposals at once.

How We Work

·         This is a full-time role with standard business hours (Monday to Friday).

·         The position can be based in Victoria, New South Wales, or Queensland, with one day per week expected in the local CBD office.

·         Access to hundreds of professional development courses, external supervision, and peer learning.

·         Opportunities for growth within TELUS Health, including into leadership, specialist writing, or health sector engagement roles.

·         A comprehensive wellbeing benefits package, including wellbeing days, volunteer leave, and a generous parental leave policy.

·         The opportunity to work on meaningful projects that contribute to the mental health and wellbeing of thousands across the region.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
