About the role (your why)  

Are you a detail-driven communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? As a Proposal Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in crafting compelling business proposals that help us win new clients and exciting projects. Working closely within the Infrastrcture Products team and under the guidance of the General Manager – Bids and Solutions, you’ll be the engine behind our SOW development process—ensuring every submission is polished, persuasive, and on point.

What you’ll bring:  

  • Sound administrative knowledge. Knowledge of the bid/sales process within a similar technical environment.  
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.  
  • Understanding of marketing and customer insights.  
  • Experience with proposal automation tools. Previous experience in a similar role. Skills Effective presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information across various levels 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.  
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities 

What you will do:  

  • Maintain an effective pre-sales administrative and support functions to enable the minor works team to manage statement of works (SOW), win tenders and obtain opportunities. 
  • Assist the minor works process including the acquisition of all relevant information relating to the content of the SOW, as well as the internal review of proposal. 
  • Support the coordination of the minor works process, collating documentation, and delivering on SOW specifications. 
  • Assist in SOW responses to contribute to market led propositions. 
  • Understand customer needs to assist align with our company's offerings and competitive edge. 
  • Explore new tools and technologies to streamline efficiency. 
  • Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the minor works process, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
