The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager seeking to apply their skills to deliver solutions directly with clients and join our growing team in Melbourne.
Our highly dynamic team of project managers require another quality problem solver to join our ranks. In this role you will work directly with clients to manage a variety of exciting projects in collaboration with our talented team.
We are seeking a new team member with proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities along with strong attention to detail.
You will have a focus and experience working on Energy, Infrastructure and Water projects and be passionate with working on exciting, key future energy projects focused on delivering tomorrows’ energy solutions. This opportunity will also allow you to be exposed to a range of engineering and professional services markets over time.
What is essential to your success is your proactive attitude, flexibility (i.e., at times being able to work from the client’s office), project management delivery and futurist thinking. About You
To be considered for this opportunity you will require:
Project management experience, including leadership, procurement, cost control and management of complex projects following relevant Australian standards.
Whilst not mandatory, it is preferred that you will possess knowledge of Asset Management Systems and Frameworks, including maintenance planning and asset renewal.
An in-depth understanding of project management principles and a desire to progress professionally in this field.
Strong interest in mentoring junior team members and helping them grow their skills and talent.
Proven track record to assist our team in identifying and securing new projects and partnering with the team to lead and support bids.
A passion and capability in building new client stakeholder relationships and enhance existing relationships.
Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build relationships both externally and internally.
An appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to project management, engineering or other related disciplines.
A positive and tenacious attitude with an ability makes things happen and alignment with our company purpose to “Make Everyday Better”.
