About the business/role/team
As a Project Manager, you will support the Bank’s Program Manager working alongside other team members to plan, coordinate, and deliver the design, construction tender and build activities with a multidisciplinary team of external architects, building services engineers and building consultants.
About the role
Deliver projects within the agreed parameters of schedule, budget, resources, scope, quality and benefits.
Drive the uplift of organisational project and program maturity by ensuring effective governance, delivery discipline, and continuous improvement across all aspects of project execution.
Lead and promote project management excellence by applying fit-for-purpose methodologies and structured approaches that align with internal frameworks, processes, and practices.
Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans.
About you
Demonstrated track record in delivering end-to-end construction or infrastructure projects, applying existing Enterprise Program Management framework principles for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong understanding of corporate and industry standards, project management tools, and structured delivery methodologies.
Extensive experience in procurement practices, including the development of tender documentation and facilitation of tender panel evaluation processes.
Provide guidance and oversight on managing project financials throughout the project lifecycle, in line with budgetary controls and forecasting requirements.
