About the business/role/team
As a Project Manager, you will support the Bank’s Program Manager working alongside other team members to plan, coordinate, and deliver the design, construction tender and build activities with a multidisciplinary team of external architects, building services engineers and building consultants.

About the role

  • Deliver projects within the agreed parameters of schedule, budget, resources, scope, quality and benefits.

  • Drive the uplift of organisational project and program maturity by ensuring effective governance, delivery discipline, and continuous improvement across all aspects of project execution.

  • Lead and promote project management excellence by applying fit-for-purpose methodologies and structured approaches that align with internal frameworks, processes, and practices.

  • Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans.

About you

  • Demonstrated track record in delivering end-to-end construction or infrastructure projects, applying existing Enterprise Program Management framework principles for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Strong understanding of corporate and industry standards, project management tools, and structured delivery methodologies.

  • Extensive experience in procurement practices, including the development of tender documentation and facilitation of tender panel evaluation processes.

  • Provide guidance and oversight on managing project financials throughout the project lifecycle, in line with budgetary controls and forecasting requirements.
