About the Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused and results-oriented Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. In this external-facing role, you will lead complex SaaS implementations for enterprise clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll drive seamless customer onboarding by partnering closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams to deliver timely, high-impact outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple customer implementation projects.
- Create and manage detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resource assignments, and budgets.
- Establish trusted relationships with customer stakeholders to align on goals and expectations.
- Manage ongoing communications and status reporting, ensuring transparency.
- Identify and mitigate project risks using structured approaches.
- Maintain documentation such as risk logs, change control records, and lessons learned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of project management experience in SaaS implementations, professional services, enterprise software deployments, or relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with incentive compensation management, sales performance management, or related financial software is highly desirable.
- Ability to understand SaaS solutions, data integration concepts, and enterprise IT environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a strong ability to influence and drive collaboration.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
Nice to Have
- Experience with incentive compensation management (ICM), sales performance management (SPM), payroll systems, or related financial software.
- PMP Certification or CAPM certification
