A bit about your role
As the Project Manager, you will guide complex projects from start to finish.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple business units, ensuring smooth project execution and successful product launches. This role encompasses end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution, including product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, corporate affairs, government relations, digital engagement, and external stakeholder communications.
Your responsibilities include following our project management methodology, with a strong focus on governance, reporting, change management, and risk management. You will align projects with key business priorities, ensuring they deliver the expected benefits.
Additionally, you will support and mentor peers and junior team members, fostering a supportive and customer-focused team culture.
A bit about you
If this sounds like you, you likely have extensive experience managing complex projects. You excel in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation.
You have a background in change management and are skilled at working with clients to meet business needs. You are commercially aware and experienced in managing vendors and contracts. With excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you can clearly explain complex information and build trust with stakeholders.
Your ability to influence and support ensures project success, and your time management skills help you meet deadlines and deliver quality outcomes.
Additionally, you have strong capabilities in defining product strategy and delivering the product lifecycle, along with experience in gathering and using customer and market insights. You are skilled at developing and executing go-to-market strategies and leading cross-functional teams. Your adaptability, attention to detail, and strong governance and reporting skills are crucial for success in this role.
