What a Day in the Life Looks Like:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for AMR implementations, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful delivery of AMR solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of projects, including IT, Operations, and other departments as required.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and other project documentation as required.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure project objectives are being met and any issues are addressed promptly.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues and escalate as required.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and company policies and procedures.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management and account management, preferably in the Supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with similar automation implementations preferred
- Prince2/ SCRUM/ Agile Certifications preferred.
