As a Project Manager at Resola Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish. Note: this is a full-time position for a bilingual candidate in Japanese and English, for Japanese native or business level is required, work location is Tokyo, Japan in hybrid mode(WFH/office).
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stockholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and any changes
- Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately
- Coordinate and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members
- Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure successful project completion, meeting all project objectives and client expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology or software development environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Ability to clearly communicate in Japanese
- Ability to clearly communicate in English
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
