As a Project Manager at Resola Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including software developers, designers, sales, customer success and clients, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while meeting the highest quality standards.

Note: this is a full-time position for a bilingual candidate in Japanese and English, for Japanese native or business level is required, work location is Tokyo, Japan in hybrid mode(WFH/office).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stockholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and any changes
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members
  • Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure successful project completion, meeting all project objectives and client expectations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology or software development environment
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to clearly communicate in Japanese
  • Ability to clearly communicate in English
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
