We’re seeking a SuccessFactors Project Manager to manage a key client project. This is a senior-level contract role for someone with a proven track record in SAP SuccessFactors delivery, not a step-up opportunity. You’ll take ownership of project planning and execution, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring delivery of high-quality business outcomes.
This is a full-time perm or contract opportunity. The role is based in Melbourne, with flexible work arrangements available within Melbourne only. On-site presence will be required for key project milestones such as workshops, testing, or go-lives.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of the SAP SuccessFactors implementation
- Lead project planning, status reporting, risk management, and governance
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Oversee testing, change management, and cutover planning
- Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and client business objectives
What you’ll bring
- Strong project management experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
- Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills
- Experience working within client delivery environments
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA landscapes a plus
