Your Opportunity

At TraceLink, we’re building the world’s leading digital supply chain platform to help ensure every patient gets the medicines they need, safely and on time. We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead and improve our end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle. You’ll partner with teams across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Security, and more to bring innovative cloud-based solutions from concept to release and beyond.

This role is about influence, collaboration, and execution. You’ll be at the center of complex programs, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery while helping TraceLink scale globally.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead cross-functional planning, execution, and release management for enterprise software solutions.

  • Track and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.

  • Ensure predictable, high-quality releases by coordinating across Product, Engineering, UX, Cloud Operations, and other teams.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, improve processes, and implement strategies for faster and safer delivery.

  • Document and standardize best practices while coaching teams on adoption.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align priorities and deliver measurable business value.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.

  • 5+ years of program management experience in a technical environment.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, agile and traditional methods, and enterprise software delivery.

  • Proven ability to lead large, complex programs from inception through rollout.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to balance structure with agility in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership Attributes

  • Execution: Delivers results under pressure, removes obstacles, and drives measurable outcomes.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Builds motivated, engaged teams and fosters collaboration across a global matrix.

  • Critical Thinking: Applies systems thinking and disciplined approaches to solve problems and scale processes.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP or Agile certification.

  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

  • Experience with GxP in life sciences.

  • Working knowledge of modern software platforms.

At TraceLink, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team tackling one of the biggest challenges in healthcare: eliminating counterfeit drugs and strengthening the supply chain. If you’re motivated by impact and thrive in a collaborative, high-growth environment, we’d love to talk.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
