Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Health Services team.
In this role, you will be integral to delivering a flagship Aged Care Telehealth Psychology program, managing clinical workforce scheduling, and coordinating a wide range of other elements across our health services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in healthcare operations and project coordination.
Day to day!
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Act as the primary contact for our client sites (aged care) and our clinicians, managing bookings and onboarding
- Develop and track project plans, timelines, and escalate risks as required
- Maintain accurate data and records for reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Support operational processes and help implement new systems or projects
- Distribute promotional material and facilitate resident uptake of telehealth services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders

You enjoy working in busy environments, can stay organised, and are comfortable managing a variety of tasks.
You have strong, confident phone communication skills and experience in B2B customer service or administrative support will be key to your success. MS Excel is a key tool for tracking and reporting, so your resume should demonstrate your comfort and proficiency with it.
